Responsibility

1. QMS implementation at whole company
2. Continuous improvement on process management
3. Internal and external quality audit
4. Lead team for incoming, process and outgoing inspection
5. Deal with quality issues proactively and effectively
6. Communicate with oversea colleagues for quality system enhancement

Requirements

1. Knowledge of quality management models and standards (e.g. ISO 9001);
2. Ability to translate abstract and complex models into practical and measurable actions;
3. Very familiar with quality tools;
4. Statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools;
5. Good negotiation skills;
6. Good communication skills.
