职位描述

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supervise the development of transmission systems;
2. Responsible for developing methodologies, tools, processes, and techniques in order to improve the development capability;
3. Responsible for technical competence increase within GRC through teaching, technical support, and research activities;
4. Responsible for developing vision and strategy for the department;
5.Support of the develop and implement a plan for building up resources (people, tools, processes, methodologies) and competences;
6.Teach, coach and guide people;
7.Interfacing to other GIF group design teams e.g. in Germany
8.Represent the company to customers and the public as required;
9.Support all company activities as required and defined by CM;

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience in transmission engineering
2. Minimum of 2 year experience in CAD and 3 years experience in transmission CAE
3. Minimum of 2 years experience in leading a team of engineers
4. Good understanding of powertrain and vehicle technology
5. Good understanding of transmission system technology
6. Strong understanding of transmission design, integration
7. Expertise in transmission CAD
8. Expertise in transmission CAE
9. Strong understanding of basic CAE methodologies (e.g. FEA)
10. Good capability to use the relevant tools (e.g. Ansys, Pro/E, CATIA)
11. Visionary and strategic thinking
12. Ability to motivate and convince people
13. Good communication skill
14. Can communicate in English fluently.
15. Show initiative
