Job Summary
Implement, support, and/or manage Supplier Development strategies and performance to ensure flawless launches of new programs. Responsibilities will include leading APQP process as part of new product launches, coordinate technical reviews, and develop supplier capabilities to meet Gestamp requirements. Responsibilities will also include conducting Supplier Quality training at the suppliers and drive performance improvements at the supplier to meet established objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead APQP process as part of new product launches;
2. Coordinate technical reviews and assessments;
3. Develop supplier capabilities to meet Gestamp requirements;
4. Conduct Supplier Quality training at Suppliers;
5. Drive performance improvements to the established objectives at Suppliers;
6. Individual contributor;
7. Coordinate cross functional technical problem resolution at Supplier;
8. Scope of position will include a wide range of difficult problems;
9. Follows established procedures and best practices;
10. Review of work is based on technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy at predefined milestones.

Qualifications and Requirements
1. 5 plus years of experience
2. 3 plus years of Manufacturing or Engineering experience
3. University Diploma in related discipline or equivalent experience
4. Strong functional and technical Skills
5. Good communication and negotiation skill
6. Ability to travel 50% of the time
7. English proficiency
