Customs Service Manager (MBA is preferred)

Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer Care
●Serves as the primary order contact for the customer.
●Timely correspondence with customers via email and phone regarding product availability, delivery status, and order confirmation to support customer satisfaction.
●Verifying part numbers, pricing, and shipping information.
●Ability to clarify design, final products and printing questions, after training
design changes, etc…)
●Ability to manage customer expectations and pass along negative information to the customer if applicable.
Maximize recognized company values.
2. Account Management
●Acts as an advisor to the customer and offers suggestions and support based on customer needs. Helps solve problems and answers order questions.
●Management of customer orders, ensuring orders processed are accurate, timely and complete.
●Monitors credit blocked orders and credit limits
●Analysis of customer order patterns.
●Monitors customer order activity against current forecast on a regular schedule and makes recommendations to production & logistics team.
3. Sales & marketing

Selection Criteria:
1.Experience with customer service or sales & marketing in packaging industry
2.Good communication skills (Oral and Written), attention to detail.
3.Team Player and team-Building skills.Strong sales background will be a plus.
4.MBA is preferred
Strong presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
5.Strong Expertise with MS office softwares
Quick learning ability will be requested.
