Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for individuals with following skills:

- Graduate with good Russian or Arabic reading/writing skills.

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Hardworking with a sense of responsibility to complete assigned tasks in timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Work in a small team of 20 individuals.

- Process online and paper applications according to given criteria.

- Process documents received with online and paper applications.

- Complete all tasks assigned for the day in a timely manner.

- Communicate with client using already created email templates.

- Communicate with other departments via email.

- Most of our clients are international companies so working hours and holidays may vary according to clients requirement.

Working Time工作时间
1)Work 5 days a week and 8 hours a day;5天8小时工作制
2)Day shift from 8:30~17:30.Middle shift from 14:00~23:00 白班，早8:30到下午5:30。 中班，下午14:00~晚上23:00
