Report to: Industrial Engineer Manager (German)

The Role:
-Technical responsibility for CNC production and for Equipment during the project work;
-Optimization of die casting process;
-Creating of technical specifications;
-Technical approval of equipment according to automotive guidelines;
-Creation and maintaining of document: PFMEA, PFD, Control Plan; Work instruction;
-Support external suppliers;
-Cost Calculation;
-Maintain BOM and Routing ERP System;
-Internal communication and support of QA for technical Questions;
-Technical Support at Supplier audits;
-Related project work like support for machining equipment measuring gauges;
-Support other Departments in technical manner.

The Requirements:
- Work experience about 3-5 years in Machining (CNC);
- Knowledge about Machining of aluminum die casting parts is seen as an advantage;
- Familiar with technical drawings;
- Basic Knowledge with Quality related documents (automotive) like PFMEA and Process plan;
- Experience as planning engineer and familiar with Technical Specification is seen as an advantage: Cost Calculation / Machining Concepts / Knowledge machining tools
- Team Working Skills;
- Open minded and if you have a high will to operate pro-active;
- Good English skills in writing and talking.
