职位描述
BAP Quality Manager
1) Drive BAP Quality Projects with Asia BU QA Managers; 2) Monitor progress and recommend solution for KPI; 3) Product & QA Training for prcurement & quality staff; 4) Reduce cost of quality & improve productivity to contribute to overall EBIT; 5) Contribute to sales conversion by ensuring right quality for right customers1
1) Strong communication;
2) Customer focus;
3) Analytical mind;
4) Result-Oriented;
5) Basic quality knowledge in ISO Procedure
Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering and technical major
Basic Office and computer skill
Fluent English written & spoken
Experience in Fastener industry is better
