JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree is preferred in Electronic or mechanical engineering;
2. At least 2 years’working experience in quality control/management;
3. Familiar with project quality plan, new product introduction or project manangement;
4. Familiar with screen printing, OCA lamination and ACF bonding manufacturing processes and quality engineering are preferred.
5. Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, SPC,PPAP,MSA and FMEA and control plan
6. Knowledge with RoHS, ISO9001 or TS16949;
7. Good English communication in both spoken and writting;
8. Good computer skills like Microsoft Office Work, Excel, Powerpoint.
9. Familiar with IPC series standards (IPC-610, IPC-6013 and IPC-TM-650 etc).
10.Good team player and have the experience in handling customer;

JOB DESCRIPTON
1. Involve in cross-functional team as one of NPI team member to define, establish and transfer product quality requirements/criteria to company inside;
2. Participate in ECN review, approval and implementation follow up;
3. Lead team to drive the solution of internal and external product quality and quality related problem;
4. Lead to deal with customer complaint with cross functional team (related to material,design, engineering, production, testing etc.);
5. Work with Customer for Quality improvement and do Onsite support to customer as well.
6. Work with SQE driving for supplier material issue settlement.
6. Compile weekly or monthly reports and follow up corrective/preventive actions.
7.  Participate in the discussion / conference call with supplier (as necessary) for material issue settlement under SQE’s leadership.
8. Participate in IPQC/OQA/FQC training and certification.

Jiaheng Coating Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999, and mainly engages in paint sales and application.
