EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting
- Around 5-10 years of relevant job experience
- Able to work in a functional and geographical widespread organization
- Excellent English language ability

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Finance and Sales across APAC on all credit related questions and issues
- Owner of the Credit policy for SSAB BA APAC and improve and develop over time
- Train and ensure all countries across APAC work according to Credit Policy
- Ensure appropriate approval for new customers and increased credit limits for existing customers
- At regular intervals review credit limits already give to customers
- Set targets for DSO for each region and ensure follow up
- Develop aging analysis and react on deviations
- Develop and own the L/C process and improve over time
- Ensure the L/C process functions smoothly, together with Order & Delivery function and BA EMEA
- Support Sales function in commercial negotiations with customer on credit terms etc
- Support Sales function in collection of trade receivables i.e overdues
- Make sure that BA APAC ( i.e China) is performing all Controls when it comes to ICE ( Internal Control Excellence) and that the controls are performed and signed off in ETT system
- Support other functions in the Internal Control work
