Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all technical deliverables associated with product QA:
2. Analyze testing requirements, write test plan on product features based on end-to-end solution view.
3. Test, verify and validate Switch products according to product specifications and development standards.
4. Analyze and track technical issues found during product test cycle. Work closely with design team for issue resolution.
5. On-time delivery with high quality and adherence to corporate processes and procedures.
6. Ensuring high quality delivery in adherence to industry standard quality systems (ISO, TL9000, CMMI).
Qualifications / Experience Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or other related discipline.
2. 8+ years of QA experience working in Telecommunications, Data network communication or other related industries.
3. Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills; solution oriented individual.
Pluses:
1. Knowledge in IP network domain.
2. Experience with test automation is preferred.
3. QA experience with data networking products is preferred.
4. Scripting expertise with TCL, PERL, Python and Expect is preferred.
5. Fluent English speaking
