Job Profile

- Project management

- Design for Manufacturing

- NPI (New Product Introduction) Management

- R&D support during APQP Define and APQP Realize

- Optimization of test and manufacturing concept

- Work close together with the several CoI and drive standardization

- Identification of new production key technologies for Special lighting

- Productivity proposal for our internal and external plants

- Coordination w/ external plants, Phase in/out, changes management

- Optimization of layout, mechanical construction, testing

- Test definition for new products

- Work according internal processes

Job Requirement

- At least 5 years experience in manufacturing or engineering with focus on CoB technology

- Know-How in electronic and SSL production process, Design for Manufacturing, working process for optical and mechanical components in manufacturing land scape

- Coordination of product-and manufacturing concept

- Deep understanding of automotive products manufacturing processes

- Standard tools and general process, e. g. MCA

- Team player, flexible, solution oriented, strong communication skills, and good command in English and Chinese

- Technical engineer or Electronic engineer or Master of science
