职位描述
Working Responsibilities:
1. Handling quality complaint from customer and drafting 8D report for every complaint and quality feedback.
2. Organizing related Department to pay a visit to customer for quality complaint from customer and hold quality meeting to find out root cause and make corrective and preventive action...
3. Be responsible for following up improved progress of corrective and preventive action from quality meeting and relevant Department.
4. To assist QA supervisor to hold weekly quality meeting to discuss quality complaint from previous week and drawing and sent out meeting minutes.
5. Compiling monthly summary and statistic report for quality complaint and train employees to do effective prevention.
6. To be responsible for sending survey questionnaire for customer’s satisfaction to sales team and follow up the return timely.
Other Requirements:
1. Engineering or Electronic Communication background with bachelor above
2. 1 year above related experience in cable or automotive or electronic industrial preferred
3. Must possess excellent communication and organization skill
4. Well versed in OEM quality requirement and problem solving techniques
5. Good computer skill, English skill with CET4 or above.
