Job Summary
Responsible for product quality control and supplier management.

Duties and Responsibilities
1 Responsible for implementation of complete quality control system for materials through final product;
2 Develop application of quality specifications in both the customer requirements and product specifications;
3 Collaborate closely with team member and keep making continuous improvement on quality system;
4 Establish a robust feedback match for customer satisfaction data;
5 Work with service group to establish a robust monitoring match for field quality;
6 Establish a robust corrective process throughout the product delivery process;
7 Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency;
8 Participate in new supplier choice;
9 Evaluate supplier performance. According to PPM. 8D quantity. Shipping control. Cost recovery. Safety launch and so on;
10 Dispose customer complaint which relates supplier and process control;
11 Monitor sending back supplier’s non-confirming parts;
12 In-coming inspect management;
13 Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing techniques;
14 New project development as quality engineer;
15 Others which quality manager arranged.

Qualifications and Requirements
1 Familiar with TS16949 and ISO14001 ,Knowledge of Quality Systems
2 Process improvement leader
3 Coaching and Leadership skills,
4 Good communication and negotiation skill
5 Understanding of engineering techniques
6 Fluent English/Mandarin

Key Competencies
1 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering;
2 5 years or above related experience;
3 3 years related managerial experience in manufacturing setting;
4 Preventative attitude and quick response;
5 Highly focused on results and objectives
