职位描述
Duties of Position:
1 To provide both voice and non-voice based support.
2 Route and reassign the tickets to the right group for level II activities.
3 Apply sufficient analysis after gathering required information from the requester for every ticket/issue received before routing it to appropriate teams.
4 Ability to judge and prioritize the issues and contact Decision support whenever needed.
5 Follow up of high priority issues and ensuring whether the assignee has updated the Corrective action Plan (CAP) in the ticket.
6 Understand each process/work flow and perform accordingly with less supervision
7 Maintain high level of patience and deal with users/requesters/clients with the correct attitude
8 Submitting and resolving HR TTs.
9 Checking and clearing the status of Printer queue using Maine
10 Processing Smart Vault, Rapid Response, Active Directory, Oracle, Connex, FTP and Skype
11 Granting the buyer ship to code which enables to create the POs.
12 Processing the Multiple Login Violations WRs.
13 Administering/Managing the accounts in the Online Education tool
14 Managing the accounts and troubleshooting the Virtual Private Network
15 Monitoring the Network servers
16 Educating the users on any outages or emergencies created in Change Control Notification.
17 Business owners or administering the HelpDesk application
18 Multiple Login Violation - Monitoring the oracle accounts which are being shared to many users
19 Granting RFX access to the requesters
Qualifications Required:
1 Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent;
2 1 or 2 years of working experience on System Administrator and Helpdesk;
3 Familiar with Microsoft office and Windows Operating System,Linux system knowledage is a plus;
4 Good knowledge on Network in VPN;
5 Good experience on Active Directory and ERP system(Oracle);
6 Patient,Self-learner,work under less supervise;
7 Excellent in comprehensive abilities;
8 Possess good communication and writing skills.
