1、3 years customer quality management &project management working experience in International Automotive industry, total working experience more than 7 years at least.
3年以上质量管理和项目管理工作经验, 总计超过7年的工作经验,有国际汽车行业相关经验者优先。
2、Good command of English language both of oral and written, capable of hold and join in the conference call with foreigners.
英文须具备基本的听说读写能力. 可以与老外召开和参加电话会议.
3、 Familiar with D/PFMEA, GR&R, SPC,DOE,APQP,PPAP is desired.
熟悉统计方法D/PFMEA, GR&R, SPC,DOE, Minitab, 等质量工具.
4、Familiar with Automotive industry customer requirement and process, familiar with commodity manufacturing and quality control , like Plastic/Die Casting/ Machining or Surface treatment such as Plating or painting.
熟悉汽车行业客户要求和相关过程，熟悉如塑胶/压铸/机加工或表面处理工艺（如电镀或喷漆）.
5、Program / Project with quality management knowledge and ability and experience are preferred
有前期项目质量管理的知识和能力或经验优先
6、Open minded, good communication skills ,with team work, good image/appearance.

2. 工作职责及内容 Responsibilities

岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. 首要的责任是要识别、理解、解释和确保所有客户的要求能在开发和量产阶段得到贯彻
Primary responsibility is to identify, understand, interpret and ensure that all customer requirements will be achieved during projects launching.
2. 确保客户的工具、方法和要求被很好的执行并跨部门与项目经理、采购、产品工程、物流、生产等合作
Ensure that the customer tools, methods and requirement be applied properly, cross function team work with Pur/Program Manager/Product Engineering/Production/Logistic etc.
3. 支持客户初期工厂审核
Support on customer initial audit in plant
4.参与APQP 过程，保证新产品量产质量
Support the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)steps，Ensure new product launch quality
5. 协助项目管理提供经验教训。
Assists program management in providing product application engineers with lessons learned from current production and or customer issues
6、 检讨DV/PV 质量
Reviews on DV/PV (Design Validation/Product Validation) for quality
8、审核PPAP ，与客户沟通PPAP批准
Review and approve customer PPAP, and communicate with customer for PPAP approve;
9、检具规划及验收
Measurement Gage design set up /design approval / manufacturing validation and finial approval .
10、支持协助制作PFMEA及控制计划,操作指导书并培训相关人员.
Participate in PFMEA review, prepare Control Plan, WI,also hold training for operators/inspectors
11、作为重要team member之一参与注塑模具验收OTS认可;
Act as one of the key team member to be involved in tooling OTS approval;
12、作为重要team member之一参与外购零件OTS认可;
Act as one of the key team member to be involved in outsourced components OTS approval;
13、作为重要team member之一参与装配线规划设计及验收认可,特别是防错控制;
Act as one of the key team member to be involved in Assembly Line equipment design review
/layout review/specially error proofing validation and approval;
14、作为重要team member之一参与装配线节拍生产;
Act as one of the key member to participate in Run@Rate;
15、前期质量成员的培训/辅导/管理/支持;
To teach/training/management and support AQ team members to get the job done;
16.完成上级交办的其它工作.
Complete other assignments given by Quality Manager/Director。
