Department : sales department
Job description :
1.provide customer products knowledge & operation & maintenance training
2.collect customer’s requirement and site information feedback
3.create and maintain good relationship with customer
4.product quality feedback and follow up , malfunction analysis and solution
5.participate products test
6.complete service report
7.interact with sales and customers on technical service activities .
qualifications :
1.college or above ,major in mechanical automation or engineering
2.have solid hardware knowledge
3.adapt traveling in china and overseas
4.good communication skill and team sprit
5.2 or 3 years experience in after sales service is preferred ,and outstanding new graduator can be considered .
6.speaks & writes fluent German is must , good command of English in reading writing listening and speaking
7.good PC user
