MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Sales activities including but not limited: customer visits, products promotion, price offering and other customer communications to cover the geographic area in north of China.
2.Develop new customers and applications according to company’s strategy and market plan;
3.Build up Marketing and sales development plan and activity plan to achieve better results within responsible sales area;
4.Follow up and monitoring of payments;
5.To be part of team efforts in project execution and after-sales services, to assist in resolving complains or claims;
6.Supply weekly report including but not limited all customer visits and activities, competitors, industry and market related information;
KEY COMPETENCIES:
1.Knowledge of Machinery or Mining equipment;
2.Ability to handle complex business;
3.Build up long term relation with customers and deep knowledge of related industries;
4.Independence and result-oriented;
5.Communication and influence skills
6.Accounts management skills
7.Team-work
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1.At least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal material, or related;
2.Minimum 5 years solid working experience in sales area;
3.Machinery Manufacture, Mining industry experience preferred;
4.Adapt to frequent travelling including in remote areas;
5.Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking;
