Job Duties:

- Performs Trim Sampling at Kunshan Sample facility on a monthly deliverable schedule

- Performs Trim and Accessory Costing/ countering for BOM Summary calculation on a monthly deliverable schedule

- Supports the Coordination and organization of all molds/ screens/ logos in logo library

- Coordinates with internal Product Operations and QA colleagues to provide support for trim issues

- Communicates Burton nominated supplier and working procedures to candidate factories.

- Communicates with Burton Development and Creative Design Team to develop new/ special projects

- Manages master trim/ accessory database for current/ prior seasons

- Supports the team leader in the Collection and presentation of forecasting data to Sourcing Manager/ OW BUD as directed

- Coordinates fabric/ trim delivery for sample making for all brands as directed by Sourcing manager.

- Researches and Logs all fabric/ trim spec info into internal documents (i.e. Fabric tracker, trim matrix, product CDS) as directed.

- Responsible for support of the Coordination of all lab dips as directed for seasonal/ annual development categories (OW, YRB, WNB).

- Supports the coordination and organization of trims & accessories inventory at Kunshan sample facility. And communicate timely with sourcing manager about inventory status.

Requirements:

- At least 3-5 year’s experience relevant factory or garment merchandising or trims sourcing experience, snow products preferred

- Major in textile with college degree background is preferable

- Strong PC computer skills including MS Office and Outlook required

- Good written or spoken English and Mandarin required

- Good teamwork spirit

- Locate in Kunshan (昆山市), work in Kunshan office and ACDC Development Center.
