Quality Management System

Create, develop and maintain the Quality Plan, Procedures, Norms, Regulations and Quality Policies.

Review work procedures.

Coordinate internal audits and annual revision of the Quality Plan.

Establish and coordinate the Quality Committee, its regular meetings and improvement actions resulting from them.

Report Quality System KPIs (nonconformities, delivery, supplier evaluation, customer satisfaction, audits ...)

Coordinate Meeting with Certification Authorities.

Product Control:

Develop control plans and manage inspections at different stages of the manufacturing process, receipt, transportation and installation

Prepare and validate Test Reports

Issue P.P.I (per point inspection) and CE Certificates

Coordinate the relationship with the inspection agencies

Control inspection, measuring and test devices. Ensure calibration certificates are up to date.

Customer Complains:

Root cause analysis

Follow up actions generated due to complains.

Quality Awareness:

Broadcast Quality Policy

Inform Quality Objectives and Results (Monthly / Yearly)

Establishment and coordination of Quality group meetings

Create and provide training on Quality System and Quality Control

New Technologies:

Detect new applications and technological resources that can improve the management of our processes and activities related to the Quality System.

西班牙GH公司目前在中国国内市场主要销售电动葫芦1T-100T的产品，及各种起重机包括：桥式起重机，门式起重机，半龙门起重机，壁行吊，多支点起重机等。产品已在中国市场广泛推广到起重机行业，塔吊行业，飞机制造业，钢铁厂，电解铝，垃圾处理厂等各行各业。
