Role Briefing: 工作职责简述
1. Establish, maintain and continuous improve the supplier quality assurance system.
2. New supplier visit and sourcing/process audit.
3. PPAP following, reviewing and approval.
4. Supplier performance monitoring and resolve chronic quality problem and /or negative trends identified through supplier rating system.
5. Monthly supplier performance data completion and send out to supplier for review and acknowledge.
6. Organize supplier performance review meeting (SQMR) and work out development plan.
7. Manage and maintain the IMDS supplyweb and S drive database.
8. Supplier open issue follow up and verification (PDCA).
9. Organize supplier 8D presentation and track it to close.
10. Supplier quality (PPM) continuous improvement.
11. Identify supplier training needs base on APQP practice and make arrangement.
12. Perform other duties as required.
Critical Competencies & Requirement必备职能与要求
1) Engineering background with bachelor or above;
2) 3 years or above related experience in the automotive OEM industry preferred;
3) Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills;
4) Well versed in OEM requirement, quality standards and problem solving techniques;
5) Working knowledge of quality tool (SPC, APQP, FMEA, TS16949 requirements) preferred SPC,APQP,FMEA,TS ;
6) Good computer skill, proficient in English writing and speaking
7) Strong attention to detail and enough experience in supplier audit.
8) Could work under high pressure
9) Could travel frequently (30% above)

加拿大凯史乐国际公司是世界上***的踏板供应商之一，在踏板行业具有雄厚的研发、设计，生产能力。目前主要客户包含Ford、GM、Mazda、Daimler Chrysler、Jaguar、Hyundai/Kia、Nissan等汽车公司。凯史乐国际公司在加拿大总部、美国、捷克、巴西、韩国、墨西哥、中国等国家和地区设有工厂，并在加拿大总部、美国、巴西、欧洲（英国）以及日本设有销售和技术中心，在墨西哥、土耳其、印度、澳大利亚、韩国以及日本设有合资工厂。凯斯乐公司每年全球踏板生产量多达1千5百万个（包括固定和可调式汽车踏板），其中包含每年生产2百万个可调式踏板，3百万个电子油门踏板。

目前，凯史乐中国已经建立了与通用、捷豹路虎、福特、南京罗孚等汽车主机厂的配套关系。并针对新的中国项目建设投资先进的焊接装配测试生产工艺，先进的CNC加工中心，形成踏板年生产能力100万件，模具夹具检具年产1000件的生产能力。

本公司将会在KSR总部的支持下，通过加快改善本公司的生产条件，不断提高人员素质和管理水平，将公司建设成为具有市场竞争力的踏板及模检具的专业生产基地。
