i. For pressure vessel or pressure piping, being familiar with relevant technical regulations and standards and instructing designers and verifiers to properly implement them; being capable of solving technical problems occurring in design, manufacturing, installation and production;

ii. Implementing seriously the national guideline and policy with regard to technical issues; having strong responsibility in his duty; having a comprehensive professional knowledge on the design of pressure vessel or pressure piping and being capable of guaranteeing the design quality

iii. Having the capability of examining the design by computer

iv. Having over 3-year experience on the verification of design of pressure vessel or pressure piping;

v. With intermediate above (containing intermediate) profession title;

vi. Possessing “ Qualification Certificate of Design Approver"


(1) 负责压力容器或压力管道的设计工作, 能够认真贯彻执行国家的有关技术方针、政策，工作责任心强，具有较全面的相应设计专业技术知识，能保证设计质量；
(2) 能够指导设计、校核人员正确执行有关法规、安全技术规范、标准，能解决设计、安装和生产中的技术问题；
(3) 具有审查计算机设计的能力；
(4) 具有3年以上相应设计校核经历；
(5) 具有中级以上(含中级)技术职称；
(6) 经压力容器设计审批人员专业考核合格或者持有压力管道设计审批人员资格证书。
