Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Lead quality team to meet customer quality expectation.
? Chair in-house process improvement meeting on customer complaint.
? Prepare the inspection summary and statistical performance report for reviewing the product/process quality performance.
? Manage customer RMA return board process and 8D process.
? Conduct, co-ordinate and chair the customer quality related conference call and / or meeting.
? Liaison with suppliers on new project on quality specification and coordinate quality improvement programs across functional areas.
? Liaison with in-house on team on quality specification and coordinate quality improvement programs across functional areas.
? Identify training needs for inspectors, review available training program and schedule. Inspectors to be trained.
? Develop control plan and inspection guide for all type products.
? Support supplier quality management programs such as supplier selection and certification.
? Track supplier quality performance measurements.
? Manage, track and trend all supplier corrective actions initiated by SQE.
? Lead supplier visits and supplier audits.
? Lead and participate in supplier development projects and continuous improvement activities focusing on supplier quality.
? Quality management system maintenance and improvement.
? Lead internal and external quality system audit.
? Cross function team working with other dept.
? Assigned other task by quality manager.

Job Requirements:

Experience:
教育、培训和经验： ? Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or other appropriate technical discipline.
? Related experience may substitute for educational requirement.
? 8 years related job experience, 5 years in quality project management at least.

? Be familiar with ISO9001:2008 quality management system.
? Skilled using QC tool to ensure process quality.
? Experience working for machinery, paint and assembly quality control.
