ponsibilities:
? Reporting to the General Manager of the China laboratory, a vacancy exists for an experienced Office Administrator, to perform the day-to-day office administrative activities – act as assistant to the General Manager, raise invoices for China domestic customer and overseas customers, taking phone calls, filing and control of company documents, preparation of local contracts, raise job orders, banking, book keeping, etc.
? The work primarily involves the day-to-day operations of the office. Training will be provided.
? The position involves internal and external liaison at all levels within INSPEC.
? The successful candidate will be a practical, experienced multi-disciplined office administration person, who has the additional qualities of self-motivation, initiative and responsibility.
? This is a challenging position, working within a small team, and one that offers the rewards of job satisfaction, variety and the opportunity to grow.
Requirements:
? Be qualified to bachelor degree level in a related discipline.
? Those without the required educational qualification but have several years of proven track record in small office administration will also be considered.
? Be proficient in Microsoft Office software (English version).
? Be fluent in Mandarin and English - both spoken and written. This is essential.
? Be willing to live and work in Kunshan City, PRC.
The position is full-time and permanent. and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
