职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Participate in new project development, leading quality planning & APQP/PPAP processes to ensure new product safety launch quality.
2. Lead quality control and improvement on the existing product and process; include the incoming inspection, process inspection and final audit.
3. Drafting quality control plan and training QC to well fulfill this documents..
4. Establishing & conducting process statistic method and coordinate relevant Department to apply SPC tool in process of production
5. Lead the internal and external quality problem analysis from containment through verification of corrective action.
6. Learn and grasp the test technology for new product and make test plan, test procedure and train QC employees.
7. Responsible for the measurement technique development & gauge system management to ensure compliance to quality control requirement.
Requirements:
1. Engineering or Electronic Communication background with bachelor above
2. 1 year above related experience in cable or automotive or electronic industrial preferred
3. Must possess excellent communication and organization skill
4. Well versed in OEM quality requirement and problem solving techniques
5. Strong knowledge of quality tools( spc, ppap, msa,fmea etc.)
6. Good computer skill, proficient in English listen, reading, writing, speaking
