职位描述
General Description:
Responsible for product quality control and supplier management.
Key Accountabilities:
l Responsible for implementation of complete quality control system for materials through final product.
2 Develop application of quality specifications in both the customer requirements and product specifications
3 Collaborate closely with team member and keep making continuous improvement on quality system
4 Establish a robust feedback match for customer satisfaction data;
5 Work with service group to establish a robust monitoring match for field quality.
6 Establish a robust corrective process throughout the product delivery process.
7 Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency
8 Participate in new supplier choice.
9 Evaluate supplier performance. According to PPM. 8D quantity. Shipping control. Cost recovery. Safety launch and so on.
10 Dispose customer complaint which relates supplier and process control.
11 Monitor sending back supplier’s non-confirming parts
12 In-coming inspect management..
13 Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing techniques.
14 New project development as quality engineer.
15 Others which quality manager arranged.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Familiar with TS16949 and ISO14001 ,Knowledge of Quality Systems
Process improvement leader
Coaching and Leadership skills,
Good communication and negotiation skill
Understanding of engineering techniques
Fluent English/Mandarin
Key Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering
5 years or above related experience
3 years related managerial experience in manufacturing setting
Preventative attitude and quick response
Highly focused on results and objectives
Safety rules requirement
This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
