Requirement：
1. Above college, major in Mechanical background or equivalent;
2. Above 5 years work experience in CNC production management.familar with the CNC process and insert.
3. Good leadership and management skills.
4.Can communicate others with English, be willing to learn all skills by oneself.
5. Experience from improvement tools, e.g lean manufacturing ,5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen

Responsibilities:
?Manager for Team Members and Team Leaders
?As process owner be responsible for:
o safety + HSE
o quality + Q-system
o delivery
o cost
?As owner secure the quality, via audit dialogues, and execution of the SOP’s
?One of the driver for problems solving and continue improvement .
?By own presence drive performance of the team and employees
?Be responsible for consumable cost within target
?Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities
?Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues
?Control of quality, deviations and line stops
?Provide the team with relevant information
?Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level
?Perform audits according to ALPS
?Communicate with production support for new products prototype manufacturing(ADD)
