1、监管生产工作.，有效地进行人员安排和设备使用，管理车间员工，降低人员离职率，提高工作效率；

Arrange and controls manufacturing works with efficient use of machines and workers. Manage workshop people and reduce employee turnover and improve the productivity.

2、负责车间工作的长期规划及资源优化，如车间产能、人员发展等；

Be responsible for long term resource planning and optimizing in workshop. Like workshop capability and people development etc.

3、有效与相关部门协助，负责解决车间质量问题，提升车间做工质量；

Through well cooperation with all relative business unit be responsible of deal with quality problems in workshop. Improve workmanship of product quality in all manufacturing process.

4、负责车间生产安全；

Be responsible of workshop safety issue.

5、管理和培训操作工；评估操作工表现；领导操作工持续进步；

On site supervise and coach operators. Assess operators’ Performance. Lead the operators’ team to make continuous improvement;

6、按5S标准管理生产区域，确保安全生产；

Manage production area and implement 5S. Ensure safety production;

7、管理层安排的其他事项；

The other task assigned by management.

Qualification任职资格:

1. 8年或以上的机械行业生产经验，有3年以上机械或扳金制造管理经验优先。

8 years and above related experience in production, mechanical or sheet metal manufacturing background with experience in a manager role more than3years is preferred.

2.熟悉造纸机汽罩及通风系统产品工艺流程或相关产品工艺流程的优先；

Familiar with products process flow of paper mill hood and paper mill air system or relative product’s is preferred.

3.有良好的沟通能力，可熟练使用英语、普通话.

Must have good interpersonal skills along with good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

4.具有领导能力、判断与决策能力、沟通能力、协调和组织能力、计划与执行能力、工作创新能力；

Has the following competence: leadership, judgment and make decision, communication, cooperation and organization, planning and implementation, innovation.

5.有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神，坚持原则；

With strong accountability and responsibility spirits, stands principle.
