Job Description 岗位描述
1. Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the organization’s annual business plan and long term strategy.
制定并实施质量管理的策略和计划，包括资源，系统，时间尺度，金融等，支持，参与和整合公司的年度业务计划和长期的战略。
2. Execution of the appropriate quality tools such as 6-sigma, SPC, FEMA, problem solving and others.
熟练使用质量工具，如六西格玛，SPC，FEMA等来解决问题。
3. Understand customers’ requirements and applications to be satisfied by our products which were built by our quality system in place.
理解客户的需求和应用。
4. Set QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
设立质量保证的目标，确保目标的实现。
5. Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization;
促进整个组织的质量业绩改进。

Job specification工作规范
1. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.（you must communicate with head office.）
熟练的英语和普通话。
2. Bachelor’s Degree.
本科以上（含）学历
3. Over 5 years experience in Quality Management for EMS manufacturer.
5年以上电子产品制造质量管理工作经验。
4. Experience in quality system and auditing.
质量体系管理和审核经验。
5. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
表现出色的书面和口头沟通技巧。
6. Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development.
愿意接受个人的专业发展。
7. Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
