Material Planner
Report to: Unit Manager-Logistics
Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree major in engineering, economics, management or equivalent
2.Above 3 years work experience in purchasing/planning and inventory control.
3.Good reading and writing English skill, oral skill is preferred
4. Be familiar with MS-Office software and ERP system
Responsibilities:
Inventory management-Data Maintainance:
1.Item yearly classification
2.Maintain inventory control data(Safety stock and Re-order point level)
3.Control phase in and phase out
4.Forecasting
5.Inventory availibility follow up
6.Inventory optimizing(IDS/Slow moving and obselete item handling)
Material planning:
1.Verify and edit PO proposal,
2.Release and send PO
3.PO maintain and follow up
4.Match PO with delivery,qty and price
5.Supplier payment
6.Forecast to Supplier
7.Nonconformity good handling
8.Closely communicate with supplier for good delivery and inform purchasing&other relative department accordingly.
Others:
1.Participate in ALPS Supply Chain meeting and take the required responsibility.
2.Assist manager on other daily work.
