Main Responsibilities:
1、Support TQD project team to research a robust manufacturing process and to achieve on-time delivery on projects.
2、Review drawing with supplier / provide MCD (Manufacturing Control Drawing) / follow up part development procedure (process checking list, quotation form, contract review…..)
3、Create quality plan and propose Cpk dimensions with PML(precision measuring lab)
4、Processing request for quote and do cost analysis. Negotiating with suppliers on competitive prices and favorable commercial terms
5、Be able to Provide the design proposal and design review reports
6、Develop and manage valuable suppliers in Asia
7、Working with quality department on supplier qualification and FA approval
8、work with vender to optimize the process and qualify the process and products and make proper documentation according to Project schedule.
9、be familiar to new component development and continue improving procedure and operation.
10、Execute new task given by the managers.

Qualifications:
1)at least 3 year working on tubing and machining and stamping process
2)be familiar with metal material, and manufacturing process
3)Be familiar with tooling manufacturing and tooling material
4)Cet 4 above and fluent on oral
5)Be able to solve the problem by self
6)Be able to understand mechanical drawing
7)Strong problem solving ability
8)Willing to travel by short notice.
9)Work in close cooperation with all the other departments.
10)Open minded, Positive, Justice attitude, Responsible, Accountable
11)Good pro-e skill Good English speaker Be good at MS-office
12)Be familiar with PPAP ISO9000 or TS16949

公司地址：昆山市张浦镇建德路399号（德国工业园区）
面试路线：
1、出租车路线。在新客站乘坐出租车沿长江路到港浦路，在永记造漆公司左拐进入到港浦路，沿港浦路大概5分钟车程到建德路左拐，第二家既是我公司，全程约20分钟，大约25元。
2、公交车路线，在新客站乘坐公交111路、112路、113路、125路、130路，到长江路港浦路站台下车。
下车后到马路对面沿着港浦路往东走大概1500米，约需要30分钟到建德路，左拐进入建德路，第二家即是本公司。
