岗位摘要：工艺成本分析及技术支持

主要职责：

1）工艺成本分析

- 标准工时、工价系统的建立、 评估和维护。负责对每个工序进行标准的工价核算，对新产品进行工艺分析、测算工序单价

- 汇总报价，并且及时准确的将工时工价资料录入系统。

- 负责IE流程计划，跟踪工艺流程与IE目标差异的情况，并及时解决问题;

- 各工序时间的研究、核定，提供提高效率，减低工时的建议， 从而达到减低成本的目的。

- 合理拆分复杂滑雪款式的生产工序，给出建设性地建议，并指导和培训样板房人员，以提高生产效率。同时，协助跟单同事安排试样及核算其生产工时及成本。

2）技术支持

- 给予跟单部同事在工艺与技术上的支持；紧密与跟单同事合作，提供改善服装工艺的建议与方案。

- 协助跟单同事整理、安排做样品的面辅料。并且协助跟单做好打样工作。

- 协助跟单部同事检查成品服装的工艺、尺寸及试身，评估潜在的风险及问题，并且提供解决方案，确保在日后样品及大货中顺利生产）。

- 紧密与样板房的车工及纸样师傅合作，提高整体的打样工艺及生产效率。

3)积极配合跟单经理安排的其它工作与任务。

任职要求：

- 中技以上学历，三年以上服装行业IE实际工作经验，精通成品和流水作业的工艺技术流程;
- 熟悉服装生产工艺和车缝工序拆分及生产流程，精通纸样工艺、实际样衣工时工价核算，
- 能合理拆分、组合单件流的生产工序，协助指导生产线现场管理以提高车间生产效率，具备精益生产管理经理者优先。
- 能独立进行IE编排工作、编写工序、运用科学方法进行方法研究确定作业标准、设定标准工时及工价核算、绘制作业流程图及产能测算等分析.
- 熟悉办公软件操作，具有较强的分析汇总能力;

- 能简单看懂服装行业工艺分析相关英文术语；
- 工作认真负责、细心，具有较强的沟通协作、表达能力，抗压能力强，团队合作精神良好。

Job Summary: Product Process flow cost analysis and technical supporting

Job Duties:

1）Industrial Engineer (IE) -

- Create, evaluate and maintain IE base data, including standard working time for each operation/process, standard labor cost, product capacity analysis.

- Calculate the CM for that particular garment by multiplying the total SMV of the garment.

- Make Method study to optimize the production Process flow, operation and motion.

- Provide advice on cost reduction and efficiency improvement of each product where necessary.

- Analyze complex processes and recommend positive change. And working with Merchandiser and coordinate mock-up making for approval.

2）Technical supporting -

- Providing the technique support to the merchandiser team.

- Suggest alternatives in order to reach best quality. Work together with Merchandisers on all requests.

- Assisting to Merchandiser dept. for sample materials coordinating in inventory. (Fabric and logo accessories coordinated by merchandisers).

- Assisting to Merchandisers to Check workmanship, measurements & fitting. Identify problems or potential problems on samples and mock-ups, and find solutions to solve problems in order to ensure sample and bulk production.

- Educate and support Sample Room with the aim of improving overall quality and timeline.

3）Other jobs assigned by Merchandiser Manager.

Requirements:

- Secondary technical school or above , at least 3 years IE work experiences at garment industry, proficient in the finished product and assembly-line production process flow;
- Familiar with the garment production technology, assembly process and production process flow, good at the pattern technology, and sample working cost calculation.
- Capable of split, compose one-piece flow production process, to assist and direct the on-site management of the production line then to improve the workshop production efficiency, with lean production management experiences preferred.
- Be able to determine worker functions and responsibilities, draft operation sequence independently, apply scientific statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine processes and production standards. Test the time standards by executing the workload to ensure that are reasonable and fair, Draft and design work flow chart and conduct productivity analysis
- Good computer knowledge & MS Office, strong data analysis ability preferred.
- Hard-working, responsible and detail-oriented, with good communication skills, and can work under pressure.
