招聘要求：
position requirement
1.大学或以上学历，机械制造或机械工程专业
2.三年以上汽车行业内饰件产品设计工作经验，了解汽车行业产品要求
3.熟练使用Solid-works，UG 等制图软件，快速绘制各类3D图和2D工程图；
4.能够熟练编制机械加工工艺图
5.熟悉机械加工工艺装备设计与制造(包括夹具、刀具和检具)， 熟悉五金模具、塑胶模具以及注塑工艺
6.具有较好的沟通和表达能力和一定的的英语阅读和交流能力
7.掌握基本计算机应用软件
8.有塑料外观件设计经验者优先
9. 有LED背光设计经验的优先

工作内容：
Job description：
1.进行新产品制造可行性和风险分析。
2.编制或审核汽车零部件机械加工工艺，制定其材料与技术标准
3.根据公司要求及客户要求进行新产品造型开发，功能分析和3D产品设计、2D绘图
4.对所设计的产品，与客户和供应商保持技术沟通，并支持与配合他们的工作
5.新产品的导入及生产中结构部件的设计变更，协调与制程相关的变更
6.对项目管理和销售提供产品设计方面的技术支持
7.解决塑胶件成型和设计过程中出现的问题。
