·       Approves PPAP for all purchased parts (incl. during change management)

    

·       In case parts are not fully approved ensure a robust action plan is in place and followed till full approval. Applies equally for changes

    

·       Archives the physical initial samples and the associated PPAP files

    

·       Participates with the ASQ (Advanced Supplier Quality) in the production trials at the external suppliers

    

·       In case of non-conforming parts issues the supplier complaint and manages the supplier 8D to ensure robustness of the corrective actions. If necessary validates the 8D at the supplier’s shop floor.

    

·       When necessary escalates to ASQ and Supply Chain Management

    

·       Manages supplier quality performance and drive supplier to report improvement activities.

    

·       Ensures the protection of the Eberspaecher production through CSL1  (Containment Shipping Level 1) or CSL2 (Containment Shipping Level 2) if necessary

    

·       Manages the quarantine area for purchased components/material

    

·       Manages supplier deviations

岗位要求：

·       Bachelor or above with mechanical engineering, welding and tooling major

·       6 years or above experience in supplier quality management of automotive, combining development, production and etc.

    

·       Have supplier management experience

    

·       Technical Expertise:

    

·       Familiar with mechanical engineering, or welding, or stamping technology

    

·       Methodical Competence:

    

·       Familiar with TS 16949 specification

    

·       Familiar with quality tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA

    

·       Certificate of VDA 6.3 is a plus

    

·       Good organizing and coordinating competency

    

·       Strong sense of responsibility and good team player

    

·       Good communication skills with workable English
