Responsibility ：

1. Set up the quality assurance system for BoxPicker andPTS components. This includes supplier quality engineering as well as quality assurance during assembly and finished goods inspection.
2. Set up the quality system of HCS Kunshan according to product center requirements and WDS Kunshan standards.
3. Continuous monitoring and improvement of quality.
4. Support localization team in supplier assessment and parts approval.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor or master degree holder in mechanical orelectrical engineering.
2. 5-7 years of work experience in quality assurance,thereof at least two years in managerial role.
3. Medical equipment industry work experience is a plus.
4. Familiar with quality systems and quality control methods.
5. Familiar with different commodities such as metal,plastics, motors and electronic parts.
6. Good oral and written English.
7. Experience with Minitab or six sigma methodologies is a plus
