Qualification:

1. College degree or above in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience in electronic/electrical products development and automation components(Sensors, Solid State Relays and Timer/Monitoring Relays etc) will be a plus.
3. Candidates need to know how to use those problem analysis/solving tools(8D,7 steps etc) to analyze the returns and complains received from customers in a professional manner.
4. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.

Responsibility:

1. Analyze the returns/claims received from customers in terms of root cause, corrective actions and preventive actions where is applicable.
2. Communicate with customers when the analysis and report on the returns are concluded.
3. Visit the customers to understand the applications wherever is necessary, to help better understand the issues raised by customers, eventually solve the problem.
4. Provide product training to customers wherever needed.
