Responsibilities include:

• Analyze business requirement.
• Compile functional and technical specifications.
• Develop solutions / applications or have them developed.
• Document and test applications.
• Roll applications out globally.
• Assist in analyzing and harmonizing business processes within the roll-out.
• Support applications according to our Service Level Agreements.
• Assist in estimating project costs for new development requests.
• The role will require excellent knowledge of KONE manufacturing and material management processes or similar business processes.
• Ensure that KONE and GD policies, procedures and processes are met.
• Gather best practices to share amongst the team and other units/teams.

We expect you to have

• Excellent knowledge of SAP MM processes.
• Min. 4 years' experience with SAP project roll-out, preferably working very closely with the business and operations teams.
• Experience as a business user of SAP is a requirement.
• Product knowledge of Elevator and Escalator is valued.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into information technology specifications.
• Experience covering SAP R/3 ECC 6.0, BOM/Back flush, Variant Configuration, EDI/IDOC/ALE, MRP, LSMW, Web technologies.
• Ability to balance the latest technology with real business needs.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Project management certification would be an asset
• Strong communication skills and sound analytical skills.
• University degree in relevant technical field.
• Comfortable working in a multinational environment.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
