任职要求Requirements：

　　　
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering;
机械工程或汽车工程本科以上学历；
2.2 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry;
2年以上汽车零配件制造行业或相关机械/电气制造行业经验为必须；
3.Be able to read engineering drawing;
能够阅读工程制图；
4.Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA and ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949;
熟悉APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA和ISO9000,ISO/TS16949；
5.Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application;
熟悉问题处理流程和常规质量工具应用；
6.Good communication skills and team work style;
良好的沟通能力和团队精神；
7.Good English both in written and oral.
良好的英语写作和口语能力。

职位职责Job Description：

1.Supplier development and quality management with Purchasing and Technique Department;
协助采购和技术部门进行供应商开发和质量管理；
2.Supplier quality system audit, process audit and performance monitoring after SOP 3 month;
主导SOP3个月前的供应商质量体系评审，过程评审以及能力监控；
3.Supplier PPAP samples selection, document preparing, collecting and reviewing per PPAP requirements;
供应商PPAP样本的采集，以及根据PPAP的要求落实所需文件的准备、采集和检览工作；
4.Coordinating all supplier PPAP Activities (e.g: supplier PPAP requirements, attend supplier PPAP running and measuring PPAP samples);
协调供应商所有有关PPAP的活动（如供应商PPAP需求，参与供应商PPAP的进程以及测评PPAP样品）；
5.Report and track supplier performance such as quality issue and 8D and cost recover to lead supplier continuous improvement activities during mass production;
报告并追踪批量生产下的供应商表现，如质量问题、8D以及成本恢复并领导供应商持续改进；
6.Follow up supplier’s corrective action plans originated from Audits, Customer’s returns or initial samples non conformities;
根据评审、客户还件率和原样品不符项跟踪供应商纠错行动计划；
7.Other works assigned by Quality Manager.
质量经理分配的其他工作。
