职位描述
1、根据客户需求,制定并下达生产计划，100%保障客户交付。
2、根据客户需求并结合供应商生产能力、库存等因素下达各物料的需求计划MRP；确保生产所需原材料的供应，对供应商交付情况进行管控与考核。
3、控制原材料库存量，满足公司DIO天数的考核要求与分析。
4、控制采购环节物流成本，满足公司物流成本考核的要求与分析。
5、SAP MM模块运用，福特EDI模块运用，负责与客户及供应商每月对账事宜。
6、参加PC&L Global会议及工作汇报，传达会议精神。
7、负责仓库的安全防范工作，仓库的日常5S管理工作。
8、负责每月盘点工作及盘点差异原因分析。
10、负责进出口业务的报关资料准备工作。
岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历
2. 三年以上物流工作经验，有汽车行业物流以及进出口工作经验者优先。
3. 熟悉物料拉动体系运作（如：物料计划的制定、实施）
4. 了解精益生产、库存控制等相关知识。
5. 进出口报关相关业务能力。
6. 对于数字敏感，具备较强的分析能力。
7. 较强的沟通能力，具备和供应商就订货交付过程中出现问题进行谈判的能力。
8. 熟悉使用office软件，尤其是PPT&Excel。
9. 熟悉ERP及物流信息管理系统并有实施经验。
10. 能够使用英语进行会议交流。
11. 良好的抗压能力以及执行力。
