Duties of Position: 

1.Should make sure to comply with the requirements specified in the procedures of Medical/Auto/IMS Division. 

2.Compile calibration procedure and documents, to compliance with ISO13485/IATF 16949/ISO 9001 requirement. 

3.Training for calibration procedure and relative documents, more calibration technology studies, service for all of plant. 

4.Perform internal audit and external audit, continues improvement on calibration services.

5.Known all kinds of technical indexes of internal calibration standard, to compile working instruction of internal calibration.

6.Plan a calibration schedule, to cooperate with production line, meet the shipping schedule requirement.

7.According to JJG /JJF files, related product standard, and instrument’s instruction book, to compile internal calibration working instruction. 

8.Select the appropriate calibration service vendor, audit and improve the external calibration services, reduce calibration cost. 

9.Training for calibration requirements in plants’ employees, solve calibration issue in process. 

10.Feed back customer & user department’s calibration requirement to calibration service vendor in time, easy to understand the whole calibration items by calibration service vendor.

11.Set up calibration standards in plant, to go back to national or international standards, ensure the calibration data can be traceable. 

Qualifications Required:

1.Professional Knowledge: Metrological theory, JJG/JJF document, metering method, MSA 

2.Mastered on calibration management 

3.Familiar with PC operation 

4.Hold a mechanical / radio / thermal / length verification certificate 5.Have third-party calibration or factory calibration laboratory experience 

6.Good English reading and writing skills 

7.More than 3 years of calibration work experience
