Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Analyses and Management Reporting

·         Prepare and Review monthly management accounts and reports for SATS China Group, including KPI and variances analyses, on consolidated and stand-alone bases

 

·         Prepare rolling forecasts and annual budgets.  

 

·         Support statutory reporting teams and ensure compliance with SATS Group reporting policies and procedures

 

Finance Business Partner

·         Provide support in projects, such as, support in driving cost synergies and lean management inside factory; support in TWC management and cost controlling; Perform more complex accounting activities in according with accounting principles and standards to control the organisation’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.

 

·         Provide support in M&A projects from Finance perspective

 

·         Support management in board matters such as formulation of annual budget and strategic expansion plans

 

Accounting Practices and Financial Controls

·         Handling Headquarter/Subsidiary routine accounting book. Manage routine accounting treatment and interface with related department.

·          Report on best accounting practices and improvement areas that have been or can be implemented at SATS China entities, establish / strengthen financial controls

·         Ensure accuracy and integrity of SATS China Group’s accounting records and financial systems.

 

Others

·         Process / Review payment transactions and other accounting functions

·         Any ad-hoc assignments and projects 

 岗位要求：

1/具有会计师职称以上

2/英语CET-4以上，英语阅读和书写能力优秀

3/具备扎实的经济学知识、财会、金融类大专及以上学历；

4/具有8年以上的财务管理工作经验；

5/具有工厂成本核算、工厂财务团队管理经验；

6/需要编制年度预算和每月滚动预测；

7/具有Hyperion使用经验***；有相关行业从业经验优先。

8/团队工作、支持相关部门完成预定计划；

熟悉本行业生产经营业务管理有关知识；

有良好的组织与协调能力，良好的对内、对外沟通与交流能力；

擅长成本控制、财务规划、分析、决策支持。

Requirements:

·         Degree in Accountancy / Finance,

·         Good practical knowledge of Manufactory accounting and cost control.

·         Good analytical skillsets and technically competent with at least 6 years of audit / accounting experience. Good accounting handling experience.

·         Bilingual in English and Chinese; good report writing and communication skills and team-work.

·         Ability to work using Excel and PowerPoint confidently

·         Strong planning skills to support dynamic business requirements and meet tight reporting timelines. Support GM to deliver annual target and improvement.

·         High degree of initiative and problem solving skills

·         Meticulous and cautious in completing tasks

·         Knowledge of Hyperion systems/Food industrial is an advance.
