   1.  Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, controllers, and VoIP phone equipment.   

  2.  Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot compute infrastructure devices, including Windows and Linux physical and virtual Servers, SAN storage, and backup infrastructure.   

   3.  Ability to administer and troubleshoot End User devices and software including workstations, O365, Windows 10, and AD file access permissions.   

   4.  Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.   

  5.  Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.    6.  Assist in the evaluation of new products and technologies.  

    7.  Monitors and maintains continuity with software licensing and maintenance agreements for all devices.  

    8.  Performs other duties as assigned.

  

Experience and/or Training:

  

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on enterprise experience in a global team supporting compute, networking, and end users.

• Experience with Dell, Cisco, and Avaya equipment preferred

• High-energy, self-motivated, detailed, well-organized

• A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment

• Ability to function within and contribute to a positive, team oriented, continuous learning environment

• Excellent face to face and written communication skills

• Excellent documentation skills

• Ability to prioritize large list of tasks
