岗位职责:

? Act as the key communication channel with the client and the project management team of the company;
? Provide leadership to the project team, develop and define the responsible matrix to the project team;
? Initiates, monitors and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery;
? With RRD’s full authority to be overall responsible for project scope, project milestone and schedule, project quality, project delivery and project cost;
? Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend company capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services;
? Lead the project team to identify all potential project risks and develop the risk mitigation plans, and escalate such risks to the company management if necessary;
? Provide the accurate project status report to the company management in a timely manner;
? Conduct the change management for the project, review and approve the changes occurred to the project.

任职资格:

? Bachelor with at least 5 years’ experience in project management;
? Excellent in English (oral & written) & computer operation;
? Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills;
? With packaging knowledge will be plus
? Good communication skill, open mind and team work spirit;
? Flexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance;
? Business minded, finance and logistics concept;
? Strong leadership & dynamic;

当纳利（昆山）包装科技有限公司成立于2016年10月，位于江苏省昆山市高新区，占地面积27000平方米，主要产品是电子产品的包装盒, 主要流程包括印刷后的全部工序，包括覆膜、模切、开槽、自动糊盒、裱卡、丝印等。注册资本500万美元，总投资1000万美元。预计到2017年，工厂人数将达到1000人以上，公司将着力打造成集团在中国华东地区的业务枢纽。
