Job Description:

1. Plan and organize TPM/Lean/6 sigma activity and follow up till accomplished;

2.Training TPM coordinators, process coaches, staffs & workers with TPM pillors /Lean/IE /6 sigma knowledge;

3. Provide expertise support and guideline to needed people;

4. Make regular summary to show OE activity benefit and make action plan on issues and follow up till closed.

5.Make OE total plan and control till success to company target.



Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. TPM,Lean, IE, 6 sigma.knowledge is necessary;

3. More than 5 years relevant experience;

4. Experience in multinational company would be a plus;

5. Strong communication skill, training skill;

6. Good Computer skill;

7. Good presentation skill is a plus;

8. With creative thinking & initiative.
