2． 大学或以上学历，机械制造或机械工程专业

3． 三年以上汽车行业项目管理工作经验，了解汽车行业项目开发流程及产品要求
Above 3 years automotive industry working experience in project management, knowing project development process and automobile industry product requirements

4． 具有较强的组织和领导能力、良好的沟通和协调能力；

5． 具有很好的英语阅读和交流能力
Good English reading and communication skills

6． 对模具、治具、检具等制造(包括夹具、刀具和检具)有一定了解，熟悉五金模具、塑胶模具以及注塑工艺
Have a regular sense of die, fixture and fixture and other manufacturing (including fixture, tooling and fixture), familiar with metal mould, plastic mould and injection molding process

7． 掌握基本计算机应用软件；

8． 具有ISO9000和TS16949质量体系实施的经验；

1. 进行新产品制造可行性和风险分析。
New product manufacturing feasibility and risk analysis.

2. 编制APQP开发计划 ，将客户要求转化为工厂实际任务，与相关部门协调，保证新产品依计划按时投产。
Prepare the APQP development plan, transfer customer requirements into practical task, coordinate with related departments in accordance with the new products, ensure timely production plan.

3. 建立问题清单，并每周召开项目会议，确保团队知晓并解决项目开发过程中的问题，从而共同推进项目的进程。
establish problem list and hold weekly project conferences, ensure project team known and solve problems in the process of project development, thus promote the process of project

4. 新产品的导入及生产中结构部件ECN的评估和实施，协调与制程相关的变更
The new product import and ECN assessment and implement of production structure parts, coordination changes about process related

5. 根据项目要求，支持制造工程开发生产所需设备、工装/模具、夹具等工具
According to the requirements of the project, support production equipment, tooling/fixture mould, tool for the development needs

6. 组织团队完成APQP每阶段的PPAP文件和样品提交。
Complete PPAP documents and the sample submitted with APQP team for each phase.

7. 支持新产品车间装配、测试和早期遏制和试生产。
Support for new workshop assembling , testing ,trial and early containment.

8. 协助管理供应商，确保其产品/制程符合客户工程质量要求

9. Assist to manage the supplier, and ensure that the product/process meets customer’s engineering quality requirements
