Accountabilities:

• 负责车间生产、质量、安全及设备的管理，确保各项指标的完成；
• 根据生产部下达的生产作业计划，布置生产技术准备工作，根据本车间设备人力情况，编制车间《日生产作业计划》，组织均衡生产，保证按月完成各项生产计划 ；
• 主持完成Line QPS工作；
• 负责车间的人身、设备安全，确保安全文明生产;
• 负责管好、用好、维护、保养好在制品、设备、附件、工具、量具及工位器具；
• 负责车间员工的日常管理，不断提高员工综合素质;
• 对本车间的工艺纪律执行情况负责;
• 对车间各类报表、原始资料的及时性、真实性负责;
• 调整车间内的劳动组织和调配职工;
• 开展现场5S活动，强化定置管理，创造美好生产环境，提高员工素养;
• 处理车间的突发事件，并随时向公司领导汇报事件处理进展，对于无法处理的事件要及时请示;
• 参与新产品工艺实施；
• 参与公司各项质量及其展开活动

Requirements:

• 机械专业专科以上学历；
• 汽车行业背景， TS16949质量认证经验;
• 2-3年以上一线装配、焊接生产管理经验；
• 电熟练使用word /excel
• 了解气保焊(MIG) 、钨极氩弧焊(TIG)的操作；
• 了解焊接机器人（例如，MOTOMAN）操作，示教，及简单编程；
• 熟悉英文机械图纸
• 良好的英语交流能力
• 工作责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力；
• 掌握新技术/新知识的能力强；
• 团队合作精神，组织观念强；
• 有在合资或外企独资公司背景的优先考虑；
• 有很强团队组织、领导能力
