Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the overall sales process, and actively solve problems that may occur.
- Act as the first contact point for the business representatives, and follow up on their effectiveness.
- Responsible for daily sales orders and classification, filing and management of other marketing materials.
- Draft and write monthly, quarterly, yearly reports on basis of different sales targets.
- Collect feedback including questions and market information from sales representatives in different regions to ensure timely reporting to supervisor.
- Monitor and track sales representatives’ attendance and travelling records.
- Verify and process the supporting documents of sales representatives travelling expenses.
- In charge of application, registration and hand out of sales related marketing materials.
- Handle sales meeting arrangements, notes and follow up.
- Assist in handling the labor relations of the personnel procedures, personnel file management and other administration support for the business representative team.
- Stay updated on E-Commerce system knowledge, and handle questions and problems as the first line of contact.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Secretary/Administration or English.
- At least 5 years sales coordination or support experience.
- Advanced MS office skill, familiar with E-Commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to handle cross-functional communication well.
- Strong problem solving skills and result driven.
- Outgoing and positive personality.
- Detail-oriented, creative, precise and hard-working.
- Willing to learn new knowledge.

主要职责:
- 负责全国销售流程的支持工作,处理解决突发问题。
- 与业务代表密切配合,跟踪业务代表的工作效率。
- 负责公司销售订单及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作;
- 负责各类业绩指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写;
- 负责收集各区域业务代表反馈信息,包括提出的问题和市场信息,并整理汇总后汇报上级主管;
- 业务代表出差、出勤的统计和报告;
- 负责所有业务代表差旅费用的初审与报批;
- 销售相关宣传资料的领用、登记、分发;
- 销售会议的安排、记录及跟踪结果;
- 负责销售人员的行政后勤、人事手续办理、员工关系管理等综合管理工作。
- 掌握电子商务系统技能和知识,能够在第一时间处理相关问题。
任职要求:
- 市场、文秘、英语等相关专业本科及以上学历;
- 五年以上销售内勤工作经验;
- 计算机运用熟练,熟悉电子商务;
- 优秀的英文交流能力,能够处理多方面的沟通。
- 以结果为导向,较强的问题解决能力。
- 工作认真细致,积极进取,善于学习与创新。
