Order Desk -
Main JOB DUTIES:
Order-taking
Check the order serviceability according to working procedure.
Make sure the orders are entered in a correct way into the ERP system within the decided lead-time.
Supply the customer with the needed information.
Take the necessary corrective actions in case of any discrepancy against working procedures under the guide of authorized persons.
If necessary priorities order lines in accordance with Manager
Archive all documents according to the working procedure.
Follow up all orders until completion
Solve discrepancies received from customer together with related parties
Keep the customer profile up-to-date
Answer customer related questions regarding the provided services
Answer order related questions to internal persons involved
Check order records with customers when needed
Inform Manager about operational issues
Proactively escalate non-solvable issues to Manager
Have regular customer contact to obtain a good customer relationship

Competence Requirements
College degree or equivalent in business
A minimum of 1 year' relevant experience
High-level of interpersonal communication skills
Independent, flexible and ready to cooperate
Fluent in written English
Advanced MS Word/Excel knowledge
Responsible and initiated
