工作职责：

1.纠正预防措施等解决方案的评估选取；

Evaluate and choose the remedial and preventive plan;
2.搜集质量信息,做好追溯性管理,提供客户服务支持,对客户投诉案件妥善处理与预防，降低市场退货率；

Collect the quality information, goods traceability management, support customer service, handle and prevent the customer complaints, reduce the sending back goods rate.

3.审核及辅导供货商,提供技术支持,共同提升生产管理与制造过程质量管理；

Check and tutor suppliers, provide technical support to them and improve the productive management and processing quality management together.

4.产品在生产中遇到的问题，必须妥善的处理，并且罗列重大的问题与上级主管进一步的探讨和分析；

Handle the product problems in manufacture. Report and analyze the listed important problems to superior leader for further investigation.

5.针对产品问题和产品的改善进度，必须与上级主管保持联系上的畅通。

Keep in touch with the superior leader about the problem of products and improvement progress.

6. 根据工作的需要，必要时进行现场焊接示范，辅导车间焊工进行规范操作；

According the working requirement teach welder by self if need. Guide workshop welders to act as standardize operation.

7. 对于需要一定工艺要求的焊接产品亲力亲为，但当王牌焊工的角色。

For some products of need certain high level welding quality should be hand-on as requirement. Can be act as ace welder.

Qualification任职资格:
1.要求大学或大专毕业，机械相关专业；

A college or bachelor degree is strongly preferred, majored in Machinery.

2.3年以上的焊接相关行业经验；熟悉机械行业的焊接技术，具备全面质量管理经验，有焊接质量责任工程师资格；

3 years experience in welding; know well welding in mechanic parts, experience with total quality management, has the certificate as IWE or IWS.

3.知识技能及能力Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-熟悉ISO 9000质量管理体系与制程质量管理技术与技巧运用；

Know well about the ISO 9000 and can use techniques and skills about process quality management.
-熟悉TIG/MIG/MAG等不同类别的手工焊接与自动焊接方法；

Know TIG/MIG/MAG and other kinds of manual welding, automatic welding.
-能依据不同工件材质/焊缝/焊机/操作熟练度制订合适的操作参数与作业标准；

Work out right operating parameter and standard according to the different materials, welding gap, welding machine and operating proficiency.

-熟悉焊接各种人为/设备/环境/材料必须控制的条件；

Know well all conditions about all kinds of manpower, equipments, environment, materials.

-能够实施设计图纸评审,提出焊接结构的风险分析并且提供适当对策；

Can analyze and judge the design drawings; analyze and provide a risk analysis of welding structures.

-能够依据产品的要求编制焊接工艺指导书及检验规范；

Can compile the process instructions and inspect standards base on the requirements of product.

-能够对产品提出所须的检验治具并且熟悉产品的测量方法及要求；

Can provide the products required inspective tools and familiar with the measurement methods and requirements.

-具备对焊接工装模治具及检验量治具评审的程序及方法与技能；

Know the process evaluation methods and skills of inspective tools and fixture tools.

-具备焊工技能考核的能力；

Can evaluating the welder technique performance.
-具备纵横评估焊接质量异常严重度判断与处理能力；

Have responsibility of judge and deal with the serious quality problems from length and width.
-具备焊接工艺验证能力、焊接工序评审的能力。

Be with the responsibility of validating welding process and appraising the welding procedure.
-具备焊接或机械专业工程知识,熟悉GB、WPS、PQR；

Know the professional welding or mechanic knowledge, familiar with the GB, WPS, and PQR;

-熟悉关键技术,生产流程与制程质量管理,具备供货商质量管理现场审查技能；

Know well about the key technology, production processes and processing quality management, has the skill of check the supplier at the scene;

-辅导供货商提升管理,改善质量；独立分析问题,提升产品可靠度；

Improve the management and quality of supplier, analyze questions independently, promotes the accountability of products.

-熟悉英文，熟悉office软件,有供应链质量管理工作经验。

Good English, know well office software, has the experience with manage quality of supply chain.
