Job Responsibilitiesr:
· Compile, compose and edit correspondence, reports and proposals for Sr Mgt and Sales Department.
· Assist in all facets of communication and coordination of projects.
· Perform general office support, administrative, phone and fulfillment duties.
· Perform back-up receptionist duties during lunch, breaks and on an as needed basis.
· Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for company.
· Manage Intellectual Property files and act as liaison between inventors, management and attorneys.
· Maintain contract files.
· Perform weekly, bi-monthly, monthly and quarterly reports.
· Make preparations for meetings with customers, employees etc.
· Make travel/hotel arrangements for Sr Mgt or visitors as needed.
· Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
· Perform other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
· Professionalism and confidentiality is a must.
· Good organization and communication skills, and ability to answer multi-line phone system
· Capable of multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
· Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions
· Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
· Dependable with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
· Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point software.
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
· Bachelor's degree (B.A) and/or three to five years related experience in a similar position
· One to Three years related experience in a similar position
