OVERVIEW:
This position is to lead, coach and be responsible for warehouse operations
and distribution plans according to SOP and safety instructions.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

for employees and subcontractors who work in the warehouse area and
ensuring any work is done safely according to the safety rules and
regulations

Ensuring that all the warehouse operators work with following safety rules and SOP
Standard Operation Procedure by insist on
giving training, correcting wrong behaviours, re-training, coaching and
conversation with operators

Encouraging the team to report deviations,
near misses, and initiate improvement actions for any safety deviations

Cooperating with safety coordinator on
safety training, safety walk, deviations / near miss / incident handling
and improvement work warehouse operations

Supervising the day-to-day warehouse
operations of material receiving , storage , issuing of materials and
delivery & product shipment process in accordance with established
plans (and also drive the development of the planning process)

Training, coaching and developing training
with IT for warehouse team to be enable to work in BASE and PSI(purchase
sales inventory)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree or above, at least 3 years warehouse supervisor and warehouse
management experience in manufacturing environment
Having experience in shop floor management and warehouse working procedure
Having working experience in the foreign company
Having working experience with lean management(5S, TPM, visual management, etc.)
